Baby Mine

Happy Mothers Day!

There aren’t too many Disney songs about mother’s (heck, there aren’t too many Disney mom’s that survive a whole movie). And since we’re celebrating mom’s today, I think ‘Baby Mine’ is a better fit than ‘Mother Knows Best’. Preformed by Betty Noyes as Mrs. Jumbo singing to Dumbo in the 1941 film.

Beauty and the Beast | HSMTMTS

High School Musical: The Musical: The Series   That is the bestest title! It’s descriptive. It’s nostalgic. It over uses colons (ironically?). The show is pretty good too.

I’m Wishing and One Song

‘I’m Wishing’ is the first song featured in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, and by extension, the first song in the Disney Animated Canon. Snow White sings it, the Prince overhears her and answers with ‘One Song’, making it the second Disney song. They are often performed together, as we’ll se in today covers.
