Let’s Get Together

Before Good Morning, Miss Bliss we got a double dose of Hayley Mills singing a duet.

In 1961’s The Parent Trap, Richard and Robert Sherman give us another classic song (Don’t take my word for it, ‘Let’s Get Together’ reached number 8 on the charts).  Let’s begin with a piano cover by Rhapsody Piano Studio;

Molly Mason and Kelsey Fletcher sing a beautiful duet;

Annette Funicello and Tommy Sands (who sing the title track for the movie) also cover the song; 

and because it make me smile, here’s kind of a cover in the film;  ‘Colonel Bogey March’ similar to The Bridge on the River Kwai
